Naa too rourou, naa taku rourou, ka ora ai te iwi - With your food basket and my food basket, the people will thrive.

Care for people and place matter most to me.  I am deeply passionate about mahi that supports equity and inclusion and improves outcomes for whānau and community. I love working strategically and thrive learning about organisations and their people.  I am driven to understand their aspirations and struggles and happiest co-designing how we improve things. I keep things real and focused on achieving outcomes that matter most.

Being in service has driven my career working across a broad range of industries.  I have held Senior leadership roles in strategy and organisational design and development, people and culture, change management, sales, marketing and communications, community/industry engagement.

With two teenagers, two kuri and a large, connected whānau, I’m often moving at pace - so when space is needed, you’ll find me walking at the beach, alongside the Weiti river or in my garden.

Ma tini, maa mano, ka rapa te whai - By joining together we will succeed. Unity is strength.

People matter most to me, manākitanga and aroha are at my core. In my mahi I work hard to bring my best to enable others to see the best in themselves. Having worked across various industries and communities, I’ve added a multitude of work and life experiences, learnings, connections and tools to my kete. As a member of Senior Leadership teams, champion of globally dispersed teams and a learner of life, I bring different perspectives to the table. My passion lies in aligning people to strategy with commercial focus, creating high performing individuals, teams and an inclusive culture. With a background in people behaviour, experience in large corporates, leader of diverse teams and a mum of a busy whānau, I’m at my best working with people and teams who want to make shifts that impact performance, culture, engagement and capability.

My whānau are at the centre of all decisions I make, and they keep me grounded. Growing teenage boys into caring and compassionate men is a privilege, they are great teachers and continue to strengthen my learning and mindset. When I’m not working, you’ll find me on the sidelines supporting others, walking along the beach, in our community or making time for my well-being so I can be at my best to support others.

Ko ia kaahore nei i rapu, tee kitea - They who do not seek, will not find

If a lawyer, a teacher and a hippie had a love child - that would be me! I’m a strategic thinker mixed with serial enthusiast for people projects.

I’m known for asking challenging questions, encouraging deep reflection, and building leadership experiences that inspire both practical and transformational change. With a love of new adventures,

I’ve lived in various locations around the world and worked across strategy and change management, marketing communications, leadership development, and executive coaching - within private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. Born in Waiuku, Tamaki Makaurau,

I have a strong spiritual connection to the rugged Karioitahi coastline and visit the area frequently. I now live with my husband and our three gorgeous children in Beachlands, East Coast Auckland, and when I’m not designing, coaching or facilitating, you’ll likely find me with a good coffee and cheese scone at the local beach.
